TEST DIRECTIONS (Tests 1–9): All of the Tests linked above are open book. During each Test, you can refer to multiple fact sources including those at the bottom of this page.
The 9 Tests contain 200 Units — here is an example of a Unit: Unit 101: A fundamental legal principle in most of the world is expressed as follows in Section 19 of the Criminal Code of Canada: "Ignorance of the law by a person who commits an offence is not an excuse for committing that offence."
Print the worksheet below or handwrite a facsimile. During the Test, write "T" or "F" or "?" after each Unit's ### on the sheet:
T = You are sure all of the Unit's facts are correct.
F = You are sure one or more facts are incorrect.
 ? = You are unsure.
The Test process introduces you to some facts you need to know. This process is complete within itself and your worksheet does not need to be corrected by anyone.
